Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted

Pending orders can not be cancelled or refunded

Processing time takes 7-10 business days

Processing time frame during sales extends to 14 business days

​Processing times for wigs can take up to 60 business days

We only ship Monday – Friday

Orders takes approximately 5-7 business days to be delivered within the U.S after the processing time frame

All orders within the US are shipped via FedEx or UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance

International orders typically take up to 10-14 business days for delivery after the processing time frame

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges.

We do not mail to PO Box address. Any order with PO Box address will be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

 All sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds allowed on any grounds

Please complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit

Any return request not received within the 7 days time frame will be disqualified and mail back to customer
